For BOD decision · November 2026
Moving our email from @sosco.id to @707.co, and using the same moment to unify our logo, email signature, business cards, letterhead and website.
Background
Move the team’s email to the new domain. 707.co already points to Google Workspace, so the migration is technically ready.
The new address arrives together with a new look, all at once, with a single announcement to the team and our partners.
One change for everything the outside world sees: email, business cards, letters, stores, social media and the website.
Scope
The first six depend on today’s logo decision. The last two are operational and run in parallel.
Text only: The 707 Company
One standard for the whole team
New layout with @707.co addresses
Official letters, proposals, legal documents
Stores, social media, online channels
Company profile at 707.co
Account segregation, migration, monitoring
Internal announcement before launch day
Logo brief
No symbol or icon. The full name always reads in full: The 707 Company.
Black, white, engraving, embroidery and rubber stamps all keep its shape.
From browser tabs and email signatures to the sign on the office wall.
Horizontal, stacked, and a short “707” for social media avatars. The short form needs BOD approval, since the full name cannot be read at that size.

Calm, mature and refined. Positions The 707 Company as the home of many brands rather than one brand on the shelf. The furthest from today’s 707 logo.

Continues the wide, geometric 707 already familiar from our stores and events. “The” and “Company” are added without changing the 707 itself. The smallest change for our team and customers.

Clean and friendly, set in lowercase like a digital service. Easy to read on small screens and suited to a company growing through online channels. Can also be set in Title Case if the BOD prefers.

Comparison
| A · Heritage | B · Evolution | C · Modern | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Impression | Mature, refined, editorial | Bold, urban, energetic | Clean, friendly, digital |
| Continuity with today’s 707 logo | Lowan entirely new look | Highthe 707 stays as it is today | Mediumstill straightforward, different character |
| Best fit if 707 wants to be known as | The parent of many premium brands | A retail and events player close to young customers | A modern company growing through online channels |
| Watch out for | Thin strokes need a minimum size for small print and embroidery | Wide letters take space; the full name runs long | The safest choice, but the easiest to confuse with other companies |
| Signage, engraving, embroidery | Medium | Easy | Easy |
What we need from the BOD
A combination also works, for example the letters of B with the colors of C.
One consistent title format for signatures and business cards, and the Google Workspace plan per user. Pricing and storage: [from reseller quote].
Final logo first, then everything built from it. Email migration and the signature rollout happen together after the CEO briefing, so the new address never appears next to the old logo.
Proposed timeline
Weeks counted from the BOD decision. A proposal that can be adjusted to the company calendar.
